Instructions for using your business account

In this article, you’ll find:


Logging in to your Business Account

  1. Click “Banking Services”

  2. Click “Sign in”

  3. Authenticate using your mobile device

  4. Confirm the login

  5. Done!


How to Make a New Payment

  1. Click “Transfer now”

  2. Choose Transfer or Instant Transfer (both are free of charge)

  3. Enter the recipient’s details

  4. Fill in the payment details

  5. Schedule the transfer for a specific time or send it immediately

    • Scheduled payments will appear under the “Upcoming” tab


How to Cancel a Scheduled Payment

  1. Go to the “Upcoming” section, where you can see all scheduled payments

  2. Find the correct payment

  3. Click the red minus icon on the right side

  4. Confirm the cancellation in the pop-up window


How to Order a New Payment Card

  1. Click “Cards”

  2. Click “New”

  3. Choose whether you want a virtual card or a physical card, then click “Next”

  4. Enter a name for the card

  5. Set the spending limit and the time period for the limit


Editing Card Settings

  1. Go to the “Cards” tab

  2. Select the card you want to edit

  3. Adjust the settings as needed:

  • Online payments: enable or disable online transactions

  • Non-euro payments: allow payments in other currencies (e.g. USD)

  • Cash withdrawals: allow ATM withdrawals

  • International payments: allow payments outside your country of residence


    Downloading an Account Statement

    1. Click “Download account statement”

    2. Select your preferred time period: monthly or custom

    3. Download the statement

    Booksalon business account statements are available in two formats:

    • PDF (for viewing and archiving)

    • CSV (structured format for digital processing and accounting software)

    If you want to automate transferring your account statements directly to your accounting system, this may be possible via an Open Banking integration.

    For example, statements can be transferred directly to Procountor if the system supports Open Banking connections. Please confirm this directly with Procountor support or in your system settings.

    Summary:

    • Download your account statement in PDF or CSV format based on your needs

    • Direct integration with accounting software may be possible via Open Banking, if supported by your system (e.g. Procountor)
