What if users are added or removed during the billing period?

If a user leaves during a paid billing period, no refund will be issued.
Which users are billable users?
All users are considered billable users, including trainees.

You can cancel the BASIC package at any time during the billing period. However, you will retain access to the system until the end of the paid billing period.

No, the invoice is not sent separately to each staff member. It is location-specific and sent to the main user of the location.
Is VAT added to the monthly price?
In B2B sales, prices are typically shown excluding VAT (VAT 0%), as VAT is not a final cost for businesses and can be deducted in taxation.
