We’re excited to introduce June’s new features: customizable calendar booking elements and employee-specific workstations. Keep reading to learn more about these great updates!
1. Customizing the calendar booking element
You can now tailor the calendar’s booking element to display exactly the information that matters most to you.
How to customize the booking element:
Click the gear icon in the top right corner
Open “Personal calendar settings”
Toggle on “Booking element customization”
You can adjust the view as follows:
Reorder the booking details by dragging the three-line icon
Highlight specific information by ticking “Highlight” under the column header
If needed, restore default settings using the “Reset to defaults” button
2. Employee-specific workstations
You can now assign dedicated workstations/resources to specific employees. For example, if you want certain bookings to be directed to a specific room.
How to assign a employee-specific workstation:
Click "Add workstation."
Enter the workstation name (e.g., Angelica’s room).
Click "Assign only to selected employees."
Under "Assigned employees" select the desired person (e.g., Angelica).
If you wish, select "Show in calendar" to create a separate calendar view for the workstation.
Click Save.
Important:
If some staff members do not have their own workstation, you’ll need to create general workstations for shared use. General workstations do not need to have employees assigned to them, they will automatically be available to everyone.
This allows you to:
Have one or more designated employees working in their own rooms
Let other employees use shared spaces via general workstations
