You can check your own subscription and billing details in the "Billing settings" section as follows:

Defining billable users
In a BASIC subscription, billing is based on the number of users. You can add and remove users via Settings → Users by clicking the chair icon to toggle it on/off.
Adding a payment method
Open billing settings and click "Add payment method"
Select a payment method (card payment, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) and pay.
If you chose card payment, confirm the payment through your own online bank.

You need to provide your billing details or stop using the service. The system will close if billing details are not entered. The system shows separately how many days you have left in your trial period.

You can cancel the BASIC subscription by deactivating the user's seat. Go to Settings → Users and click the green chair icon shown to the right of the user. This opens a view where you can select "Deactivate seat".
Once the seat is deactivated, the chair icon turns orange. If the current billing period is still ongoing, the user can use the BASIC version normally until the end of the billing period. The date until which the BASIC subscription remains valid is also shown next to the chair. The subscription will then not renew automatically for the next billing period, and the BASIC package will close by that final date.

The BASIC version has no separate notice period – you can stop using the service at any time. We always bill whole months, so billing ends at the end of the current ongoing month. The invoice is location-specific and charged to the location's admin (main user).

In business-to-business sales, prices are generally stated as VAT 0%, because VAT is not a final cost for a business – it is deductible in taxation. For this reason, the price in our pricing is shown as a VAT-free (VAT 0%) price, and VAT is added only on the invoice. This is done so that the price is transparently comparable and the tax breakdown is clearly visible for accounting purposes.
