Go to the Point of Sale section by clicking the Point of Sale button in the booksalon menu on the left.

Click the + New Product button

Fill in the new product information in the pop-up window.

We recommend adding an EAN / Barcode to get the barcode reader to work with booksalon.

Add a brand name, e.g. Nina's wonderful Shampoo

You can enter the unit (pcs) price or you can create your own unit like "bottle" "kg" "dl".

Select the legal VAT rate for the product.

Also add a product image to make the checkout easier to use by clicking Picture and upload logo. You can find product images using Google image search if you don't want to photograph the products yourself.

Finally, click on the blue ADD PRODUCT button and the product will appear at point of sale and is ready for use with checkout.
