Gift card feature in a nutshell
Gift cards are always salon-specific and sold on behalf of the salon.
Gift cards are sold without VAT and they can be used as a payment method for any product or service.
You can sell new gift cards directly from the point of sale. Gift cards are automatically registred in the platform when selling them.
Gift cards can also be sold at the client's appointment or in our own online gift card store.
Gift cards can be accepted at the point of sale by any user or entrepreneur of the salon.
The sales of gift cards and the use of gift cards as a payment are detailed in the sales reports.
In the Tools-menu you can find the gift card manager, where you can search for a gift card, change the expiry date or resend a gift card by email if it has been lost.
Gift card management also allows you to import existing gift cards from your old system or from your own accounting system.
You can access gift card management when you are the owner of the salon or you have been granted the rights of an administrator.
