How do I reschedule a booking?

You can reschedule the booking by dragging it to the new selected time or by selecting the edit booking function.

Instructions on the computer:

  • Transfer of the booking to the same week by dragging

You have the option to move the booking by dragging it by clicking on and pressing down the mouse button and then dragging the booking to the time you want.

1) Click on and hold down the booking with the mouse until you notice that it "separates" from the current time. Keep the mouse down and drag it to the new time you want in the weekly view. The new time to which you drag the booking to is confirmed in blue. After that, you release the mouse button and leave the booking at the new time.

2) You click the "Yes" button when the system asks if the booking is to be moved, and you can choose to send or not send the customer a notification about the time change.

3) After that, the booking is moved to the time you want.✅


  • Transfer of the booking to a different week

    This function works in the situations when the booking needs to be moved to a different week.

    1) Click on the booking and then scroll down the booking card and click on the button: "Edit booking".

    2) Press the pencil icon under "Time".

    3) Select the date and time you want to move the booking to. You can go to weeks or even months ahead if you want to postpone the booking for a longer period of time.


  • Extending or shortening the booking time

    When you click on a booking, you can also extend or shorten the booking from the circles with two lines in them on both ends of the booking to earlier or later.

With the mobile version, you can move the booking to the same week in a different way:

1) You click on and hold down the booking that you want to move. After that, you select the day and time by clicking on the time to which you want to move the booking.

2) You press the "Yes" button when the system asks if the booking is to be moved, and you can choose to send or not send the customer a notification about the time change.

3) After that, the booking will be moved to the time you want.✅

The mobile version otherwise works in the same way as on the computer in regards to transferring the booking to a different week, and extending or shortening the time.
