We would like to present some new features of this spring: a new layout of the calendar, forced prepayment for a selected service and the choice of contact methods for services that are "only available by calling". Keep reading and we'll tell you more about these great news!


1. New calendar look

The look of the calendar has been renewed! The new layout makes better use of screen space and is more intuitive. Now the calendar is even easier to use, especially on mobile units! Work shifts can now also be conveniently found directly through the calendar. A user with the role of salon owner or administrator can also directly access the salon's calendar settings by clicking on the upper right corner.

You can enable the new layout in the personal calendar settings -> and then activating the "new calendar" setting.


2. Forced prepayments for a selected service (PRO)

You can now force a prepayment for a selected service, in which case the service must be paid at the time of booking. The setting only applies to the selected service, i.e. other services can be booked without advance payment if the salon's online payment settings allow it. The regulation is salon-specific.

Instructions for setting a forced prepayment:

  1. Open the Services tab

  2. Open the desired service

  3. Open the "Settings" menu under the service

  4. Click on the setting "Mandatory full prepayment" under the heading "Prepayments"

  5. Remember to save your changes!

A debit/credit card icon appears next to the service when this setting has been selected.


3. Choice of contact methods for "call-only" services

You can now choose which contact methods are visible to customers when booking a salon appointment when "Only available by calling" has been selected for the service. The alternatives are a call and WhatsApp. One of the contact methods must always be selected. You can also choose both.

Instructions on how to find the setting:

  1. Go to the "Settings" menu

  2. Open "Salon calendar settings"

  3. Go to the bottom of the page

  4. Enable the contact method(s) you wish to use

The contact methods you choose are shown on the salon's booking page when you click to open the service.
