Thanks to the reserve with Google integration, your customers can easily book appointments directly through Google Search and Google Maps. Customers who are already searching for your business or the services you offer can start the booking process directly from Google.
Visibility of the book now button
The Google book now button is automatically enabled for all PRO salons that have a Google business profile.
The book now button will appear approximately 1–2 business days after the first customer booking has been made. The button directs customers directly to your online booking page.
Enabling the book now button later
If you don't currently have a Google business profile but would like the booking button to appear on Google, you can enable it later.
You simply need a Google business profile whose name and address match the business information in our system.
You can create a Google business profile here.
Once your Google business profile has been created, we will automatically activate the booking button for you. Activation typically takes 1–2 business days.
Removing the book now button
The Google booking button is automatically enabled for all salons that have a Google Business Profile.
If you would like to disable the Google booking button:
Go to "Tools"
Select "Google reservations"
Click "Opt out of the integration"
The booking button will be removed within 1–2 business days
Re-enabling the book now button
The booking button can be re-enabled at any time, even if it has been disabled previously.
To re-enable it:
Go to "Tools"
Select "Google reservations"
Click "Enable for free"
The booking button will become visible again within 1–2 business days
How can I identify a booking made through the Google book now button?
Bookings made through the Google book now button are marked with a "G" icon, making them easy to identify.
Why aren't all my services displayed on my Google business profile?
On mobile devices, customers can view your salon's service list directly from Google search.
To view services:
Search for your salon by name on Google
Open your Google business profile
Click "Services"
Only services that are available for online booking are shown in this list. For example, services that can only be booked by phone will not appear.
Google independently decides which services are displayed on your business profile. Unfortunately, we cannot control this selection. However, there are several ways to improve the visibility of your services.
How to optimize service visibility on your Google business profile
Avoid duplicate service names
If your salon has multiple services with exactly the same name, Google may display only one of them.
Avoid duplicate content in service descriptions
Your service description should contain different text from the service name.
