Spring's feature highlights

We’re excited to introduce the latest features of the year: a new calendar layout and color themes, scheduled purchase prices in the inventory, product tag filtering, and improvements to pagination. Keep reading to learn more about these great updates!

1. New calendar layout

The calendar layout has been updated! The update improves the overall look and usability of the calendar, especially on mobile devices where the user experience now reaches a whole new level.

To enable the new calendar view, click the gear icon in the top right corner and toggle on “New calendar”.

2. Calendar color themes

Along with the calendar update, we’ve launched calendar color themes. These themes help clarify the calendar view and make it easier to understand. Calendar color themes are only available in the new calendar view.

You can assign color themes in three different ways:

  1. By service category – Each service category gets its own color

  2. By service – Each individual service has its own color

  3. By staff member – Each staff member is shown in a unique color

You can edit color settings in the settings. The setting applies to the entire salon.

How to edit color themes:

  1. Go to “Settings”

  2. Click “Color theming”

  3. Select your desired options

  4. Save changes

3. Scheduled purchase prices in inventory (PRO)

You can now schedule future purchase prices for products in the inventory. This is especially useful if, for example, your supplier has announced a price increase that takes effect on a specific date.

To enable this feature, go to:
“Settings”“Point of Sale settings”“Enable advanced purchase price management”

How to schedule purchase price

Click a product in the inventory to set a default purchase price in advance for a future date.

Instruction:

  1. Click the product in the inventory

  2. Click “Add new purchase price”

  3. Fill in the purchase price, time, and date

  4. Optionally, add a note for the employee

4. Filtering by product tags in inventory (PRO)

You can now filter products using product tags. This makes it easier to find products and download reports!

Use the “Filter by tags” button to filter and generate reports accordingly.
If more than one tag is selected:

  • “Some of them” shows products that have one or more of the selected tags

  • “All” shows only products that include all selected tags

5. Pagination improvements

Pagination has been improved on both the inventory and sales tabs, making navigation easier than ever! You can now:

Choose how many products/sales are shown per page:

Jump directly to a specific page, when there are dozens of them:
