This autumn, we would like to introduce a couple of new features to you: Multi service bookings and forced prepayments. Continue reading to learn more about these exciting updates.

1. Multi service bookings (PRO feature)

With this new requested feature you can activate multi service bookings in your salon.

  • Multi service bookings are bookings that contain more than one service that will be provided by the same employee, on the same day, with one service scheduled after the other.

  • You have the option to activate it in your salon's calendar, which means that you as the owner or employee in the salon can book multi service bookings, and/or to activate it for the customers' online booking widget, which means that the customers can make multi service bookings by themselves.

  • This can save you and your customers time, because you no longer need to make separate bookings when you need to book more than one service for the same person on the same occasion.

2. Forced prepayments (PRO feature)

Another new feature that we have added is forced prepayments.

  • This means that you can adjust the settings so that bookings made through the online booking widget will need to be paid online when the customer is doing the booking.

  • To take advantage of this feature, you need to do the following:

  1. Go to "Settings" -> "Online payment settings".

  2. Under the heading 'Salon booking widget', disable 'Allow pay on-site'.

  3. Save the changes.

  • After that, the only available payment method will be to pay online in advance for customers who are making bookings via your booking page online. This can help secure payments for salons that have a lot of no-shows.
