This month, we want to introduce three important features to you: requiring address information, hiding the client register from users, and default settings for reminders. Continue reading to learn more about these exciting updates.
1. Requiring address information when making a booking
We have added a new function that enables address information to be mandatory while doing bookings. In the salon calendar settings, you can set a requirement for customers to provide their address when making a booking, using the 'Require client street address during booking' feature.
2. User access to the client register
You can now restrict certain users' access to the client register through settings. In the 'Users' tab, the administrator can specify which users are allowed to view and handle client information by editing their permissions. This enhances customers' sense of privacy and security.
3. Setting default reminders for bookings
In the salon calendar settings, you can now define the default reminders for bookings. Using the 'Default reminder settings' feature, you can set an automatic reminder to be sent to the customer when they make an online booking. This facilitates communication and ensures that customers receive the necessary reminders on time. Customers can still modify their communication settings when making a booking.
